Melaka is a really lovely weekend/ 2-day trip which is easy to drive to or catch a bus from KL!

Wednesday
– Drive to Melaka
– Lunch: Ee ji ban Chicken rice balls
– St Pauls Hills
– Dutch square
– Baba and Nyonya heritage museum
– Snack: Bikini Toppings (coconut shake)
– Melaka river
– Dinner : Pak Putra Restaurant- great tandoori items, curries not very good
– Jonker Walk and grab a drink (lots of bars and restaurants along the river as well as cool shops to visit in Jonker street )

Thursday
– Breakfast: Kopi 434
– Snack: Keria Antarabangsa Haji Jalil Limbongan
– Spend the day museum hopping and walking around near St Pauls Hills
– Melaka straits floating mosque
– Drive back home
There is so much to see in the main city as it shares all the history of Malaysia in one central location. If you want adventure parks and zoos, A’Famosa water park, safari-wonderland and resort is nearby!
