In Bahasa Melayu, the word sama translates to ‘same’ or ‘together’. When someone says thankyou or terima kasih (which literally translates to ‘receive love’), the response is sama-sama, meaning ‘same to you’.
Embracing the spirit of unity and togetherness, SAMA strives to embody these sentiments, bringing students from Australia and Malaysia together as one.
